This site is the result of a collaboration between Texas Parent to Parent and Education Service Center Region 13 and was funded by the Texas Education Agency. It contains material which is derived in whole or in part from material supplied by Parent Companion and other sources, and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this site including code and software. You may download material from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.  You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material.

Notices and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Parent Companion.


This agreement is effective until terminated by Parent Companion, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the site, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
